England Convicted

Lynndie England, one of the soldiers caught torturing detainees at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, was convicted for her crimes. Unfortunately, this is probably as high up as the abuse investigation will go. That's not high--England was a private.

This is really a false attempt at accountability. It's pretty clear that orders had come from high up in the pentagon, likely from Rumsfeld himself. But he'll never be convicted. It's just sad.

Do you have proof that orders came from way above, or are you just another Bush basher who likes to read his blogs.
In my opinion, just having that thing (England) near me would have been torturing enough--"keep her away from me, I'll tell you everything!!"
